Harry Potter is a very unusual boy. For starters, unusual stuff always seems to happen around him. He has a lightning bolt shaped scar on his forehead. His aunt and uncle always told him it was from a car crash and that was how his parents had died. One day a letter comes in the mail addressed in green ink, sealed with a picture of a badger, serpent, eagle and a lion. Around them is the word Hogwarts. His aunt and uncle took it off him before he could see what it was. Then, a huge person named Rubeus Hagrid comes through the door and tells him he is a..... wizard! Read to see what happens next!
I really loved reading this book and love how well the author uses words to describe how something looks because there were no pictures.
