Bob the Artist by Marion Deuchars

Picture
Reviewed by Sullivan CLPS
Bob was a normal bird that lived a happy life with his bat. When he goes out he gets teased because of his skinny legs and his weird way of walking. The other animals made Bob sad. So Bob tried to go to the gym and make his legs bigger but that didn’t help, then he tried to eat to get his legs bigger. He ate a lot but that didn’t work either. His next plan was to look different by wearing clothes but he looked ridiculous, he then went to the art gallery where he became inspired. So then every day he paints his beak and everyone accepts him. This book was a good book with wonderful ideas of art and it has a message of no matter how you look you’re just the same as you are.
